There is always lots going on here it seems, never a dull moment here on the farm and life seems to be anything but simple. No matter where you are our world does not slow down for anyone, we are the ones that need to make a effort in our own individual life to simply slow down and live thankfully, this is a great step to true wellness.

2012 was another very busy year. We hosted several retreats both corporately and individually with many coming through our doors simply looking to get away from it all. We feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to have had so many cross our path here at our farm retreat and in our home.

One of the largest additions to our farm retreat this past year is the selling of incredible antiques and vintage items. For all of you who have enjoyed the décor of our vintage farm home, you can now take home some of these treasures to be enjoyed in your own home. SLWR has teamed up with "Not to Shabby Vintage and Antiques", Karin & Rhonda are 2 great girls who love to shop for these unique items, they then turn around and sell them for others to enjoy. They certainly have the same heart for the items as I do, we all share the appreciation for the items of the past as they remind us of a simplier time.
